Description
Norox MEKP-9H RED features a reduced level of hydrogen peroxide.
Norox MEKP-9H RED is particularly useful in critical gel coat applications.
Another area of application is in heated, continuous mixing systems for
polymer concrete and cultured marble.

Storage Temp: <80 F Application Norox MEKP-9H RED is an excellent liquid general-purpose cure initiator for the room temperature cure of polyester resins. In this application it imparts medium to high exotherm characteristics to the cure. Norox MEKP-9H RED gives excellent performance as a curing agent for gel coats. Resin suppliers should be consulted for specific recommendations for individual resins. Norox MEKP-9H RED is highly refined and substantially free of water, hydrogen peroxide and methyl ethyl ketone. Compared to Norox MEKP-9, with most polyester resins Norox MEKP-9H RED gives a slightly longer gel time with a similar total cure time.
