Nylon vacuum bagging film
lM DESCRIPTION
Wrightlon 8400 is a high temperature nylon vacuum bagging film with more than 30 years worldwide proven
performance. It is called out on many aerospace specifications for use temperatures up to 232 C (450 F). It is
recommended for cures with phenolic resins.

Recommended Storage temperature is 5 C to 40 C (41 F to 104 F) at no less
Storage than 25% relative humidity. Store indoors in original packaging, do not stack
rolls on end.
Optimal usage conditions are in a Relative Humidity range from 50% to
Users 60%rh. Nylon based vacuum bag films are sensitive to humidity, remaining
9 soft at higher %rh and at risk of become stiffer in low %rh, see “Hydrate
